The final concert of Oslo Guitar Society International Concert Series 2007 will be a performance from the Spanish maestro David Martinez in Svenska Margaretakyrkan friday 30th of November at 19.30.
Martinez started his concert-playing career at the age of 12 and has later performed in countries like Spain, Portugal, Germany, Egypt, USA og Turkey. He has received first award in more than 15 international guitar competitions and soloed with several orchestras.

Aniello Desiderio - 19th of September
Oslo Guitar Society presents 'il fenomeno' Aniello Desiderio in concert at Slottskirken, Akershus fortress wednesday 19th of September at 19.30.
The Italian guitar-player Aniello Desiderio started his career as a performer at the age of 8, and was already at this young age described by the critics in terms like "enfant prodige", "wunderkind", "genius" and "il fenomeno".
Desiderio has won 1st prize in many international guitar competitions and toured around the world with orchestra and as a soloist.
The concert with Aniello Desiderio is arranged with support from the Italian Embassy in Norway and City of Oslo Cultural Affairs.
Duo Melis - 11th of May
Oslo Guitar Society is proud to present the guitarduo Melis in concert at Slottskirken, Akershus fortress friday 11th of May at 19.30.
We open this years international concert series with an amazing greek/spanish duo and we can guarantee an exceptional concert! The duo is internationally renowned for their precise playing, musical interpretations and technical virtuosity - they have won the majority of guitar duo-competitions and have soloed with the Berlin Philharmonics, to mention some of their accomplishments.
