Duo Gvito - friday 7th of November

Oslo Guitar Society presents Duo Gvito in Svenska Margaretakyrkan friday 7th of November at 19.30. The concert is part of a tour marking the 10th anniversary of the guitar duo Gvito. As part of this celebration, the duo has also released a new CD called Retrospect which is also the title of a new piece dedicated to the duo by Norwegian composer Kjell Marcussen. Radoš Malidžan - sunday 21st of September

Oslo Guitar Society proudly presents Radoš Malidžan in Svenska Margaretakyrkan on sunday 21st of September at 19.30. Malidžan is a fantastic guitar player from Montenegro and he will present a program with music by composers Domeniconi, Grieg, Regondi, D'Angelo og Bogdanovic. The consert is arranged with support from Montenegro Ministry of Culture Sports and Media.

Graham Devine - friday 4th of April

Oslo Guitar Society proudly presents the English guitar player Graham Anthony Devine in Svenska Margaretakyrkan friday 4th of April at 19.00. Devine has established himself amongst the elite of European guitar players as one of the most important players of the young generation.

The concert is arranged in cooperation with the Norwegian State Academy of Music and is a part of the program at the annual guitar conference at the Academy.

Frevo Guitar Duo - 1st of March

Oslo Guitar Society proudly presents the Norwegian Guitar Duo Frevo in concert at Svenska Margaretakyrkan Saturday 1st of March, 18.00. Frevo is Andreas Karlsen and Pål Granum and they have played together as a duo for more than 10 years and toured several European countries and in South-America. The duo has been met with much enthusiasm for their energetic performances and precise playing.

The concert will feature a varied musical program with composers like Albeniz, Scarlatti, Gismonti, Reich, Strindberg, and others. You will also have the opportunity to experience the world premiere of a new work written for the duo by the Norwegian composer Jon Øivind Ness.
